We lease your property for an agreed term, pay you a fixed monthly rent, and manage tenants, compliance and maintenance. You get predictable income with zero day-to-day involvement.

Do you guarantee the rent?

Yes. During the lease term, the rent is fixed and paid regardless of voids, provided the property remains available for use and in good order.

Are you compliant with HMO and safety regulations?

Yes. We operate in line with current legal requirements including HMO licensing (where applicable), fire safety (alarms, emergency lighting, fire doors), gas and electrical safety, right-to-rent checks and deposit protection.

Who handles maintenance and inspections?

We coordinate routine and reactive maintenance, conduct regular inspections and ensure statutory certificates are up to date. Landlord approval is sought for larger works beyond agreed thresholds.

How long are your agreements?

Typical terms range from 2–5 years for HMOs and 1–3 years for serviced accommodation units, with options to extend by mutual agreement.
